Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on order details.
- Inspect picked items for any damage or inconsistencies.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Apply correct shipping labels and necessary documentation to packages.
- Maintain an organized and tidy workstation and warehouse environment.
- Strictly follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet order fulfillment targets.
- Support the broader logistics goals of the company through efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand order pick lists and labels.
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Willingness to comply with all safety rules and wear PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
