Job Summary:
We are seeking a certified and experienced Forklift Operator to join our logistics team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this critical role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your expertise will ensure the smooth flow of materials within our warehouse, contributing directly to the efficiency of our logistics operations. Maintaining a safe work environment is paramount; therefore, you will be expected to adhere to all safety regulations and consistently use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting and maneuvering heavy loads. Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, electric pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move materials.
  • Load and unload trucks and trailers.
  • Pick and transport inventory to and from designated areas.
  • Stack and stage merchandise accurately.
  • Perform routine checks on forklift equipment and report any maintenance needs.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Properly use required PPE at all times.
  • Follow all warehouse and logistics procedures.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, which may include lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • Valid forklift operator certification (e.g., OSHA-compliant).
  • Proven experience operating various types of forklifts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
  • Familiarity with logistics operations and inventory management.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
  • Commitment to wearing required PPE and maintaining a safe work environment.
