Are you detail-oriented and efficient? We're hiring an Order Picker in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! This role is central to our warehouse operations, focusing on accurately retrieving products to fulfill customer orders. You will be responsible for reading pick lists or scanning order forms to locate and gather the correct items from warehouse shelves. Precision and speed are key as you navigate the warehouse aisles. Responsibilities include verifying product information, quantities, and lot numbers to ensure order accuracy, and preparing items for the packing station. You will also be involved in maintaining organized storage areas and assisting with inventory counts. This is a physically demanding role that requires consistent Lifting of items up to 30 lbs and comfortable movement throughout the warehouse. Strong attention to detail is essential to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. We prioritize a safe working environment, so adherence to all Safety guidelines and the proper use of required PPE is mandatory. You'll be part of a larger Logistics network, contributing to the timely and accurate shipment of goods. Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is beneficial but not required; full training will be provided.
