Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist for our facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, which is critical to our overall logistics operations. You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and implementing procedures to minimize inventory loss. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems. Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all warehouse locations.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Manage the return process, ensuring accurate inspection and restocking.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient stock rotation and movement.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed to perform inventory tasks.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory status, accuracy, and discrepancies.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related logistics role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with inventory management software and computer systems. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 pounds. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Must be able to stand, walk, and work independently for extended periods. A commitment to accuracy and data integrity is essential. Understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain principles is required.
