We are looking for an energetic and efficient Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. You will use handheld scanners and follow pick lists to locate and retrieve products, ensuring order accuracy and timeliness. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using pick lists and scanners.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring they are ready for transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Properly use and maintain PPE as required.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Lift and move merchandise as required to pick orders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is a plus.
- Familiarity with handheld scanners and order picking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform Lifting up to 30 lbs consistently.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and Logistics flow.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
