Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee high-end construction projects from planning through completion. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, control budgets, and ensure the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple high-end construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, specifications, and safety regulations
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, designers, and internal teams
• Monitor project costs and manage change orders when necessary
• Conduct site visits and progress meetings to ensure project milestones are met
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in high-end construction
• Proven experience managing luxury residential or high-end commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project scheduling
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management and construction software is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience working with architects, designers, and high-profile clients
• Strong budgeting and cost-control experience
