SeeScan is seeking an experienced Mobile App Development Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of SeeScan's pipe inspection mobile applications.
This is a fully onsite position located in Kearny Mesa.
Compensation
The salary range for our Mobile App Development Lead position is
$140,000 to $165,000
annually.
This range represents a good faith estimate based on the qualifications we expect to find in a successful candidate. Actual compensation offered may be less or greater than this estimate based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, our assessment of your ability to bring value to our organization.

In this position, you will
Lead a team of software developers working across iOS and/or Android applications Serve as the main interconnect between Product Management, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, and the application developers Drive technical decisions around frameworks, libraries, and mobile development best practices Manage release cycles and versioning, code reviews, documentation, testing, and continuous integration workflows Define and track development metrics related to performance, stability, and feature delivery Your background
7+ years of experience in mobile app development, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role Experience in cross-platform development Familiarity with cloud-based APIs, real-time data streaming, or video capture/processing Demonstrated success managing software development teams with multiple concurrent projects About you
