As a Data Engineer I, you'll be at the heart of our data operations-building data pipelines, creating dashboards, analyzing trends, and supporting internal and client teams with clear, actionable reporting. Experience creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and data reports using multiple data sources Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data trends Proficient in documentation, technical tooling, and data organization Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to resolve client issues efficiently, whether independently or in collaboration with others A mindset for continuous improvement and collaboration across departments Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage rich, interactive dashboards and reports for clients and internal teams (22% impact) Respond to and resolve customer issues in a timely and collaborative manner (15% impact) Continuously improve communication and collaboration with team members and clients (13% impact) Document activities and leverage technical tools for tracking and improvement (10% impact) Support the research, design, and development of service delivery improvements (9% impact) Develop and apply technical expertise to support client and team solutions (9% impact) Participate in process improvements and operational enhancements (7% impact) Collaborate across teams to improve effectiveness and knowledge sharing (7% impact) Identify new tools and technologies that improve overall performance (4% impact) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
