About the Role

Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic time while staying safe! Your keen attention to detail will be crucial as you monitor the pool and flumes, making guest safety your top priority.

In this dynamic role, you’ll not only safeguard our guests but also promote and organize engaging poolside activities, creating unforgettable experiences while keeping safety at the forefront of everything you do.

Typical working hours: This full-time position covers 35 hours per week across 5 days, including evenings and weekends. During our exciting Big Weekender breaks, you may also work in our Bars department, so flexibility and reliability are essential. Think of the new skills you'll gain and the friendships you'll forge!

Live-in accommodation: Available for those relocating to the area for this full-time role.

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who can connect with a diverse range of guests. If you’re a strong swimmer with a sharp eye for detail, you’ll thrive in this role as you monitor the pool during busy periods.

If you hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! However, a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential for this position. You must be aged 18 or over to apply.

While you’ll be part of an amazing team, there will be times when you’ll need to supervise areas independently, showcasing your leadership skills.
