• Independent 16-physician cardiology group with general, interventional, and EP specialists
• Supported by 14 APPs across the main office and satellite clinics
• 35,000 sq ft facility with on-site CT, echo, nuclear, vascular, and x-ray
• 30 exam rooms, 4 outpatient procedure rooms, and cloud-based PACS
• Physician-led practice with a strong focus on efficiency and growth

• Monday through Friday clinic schedule
• Shared call rotation of 1:5 until 10 pm with call center support overnight
• Weekend call shared 1:5 with APP support and inpatient service 1:10
• Average clinic volume of 18 to 20 patients per full clinic day

• Starting salary of $600,000, increasing to $625,000 after two years
• Shareholder opportunity after two years with additional income potential
• 30 days of PTO initially and 40 days as a partner, plus holidays

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
• Comfortable managing a broad general cardiology patient panel
• Collaborative and team-oriented across outpatient and inpatient settings
• Interested in building a long-term career in private practice
