As our project portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking a Project Manager to own the delivery of customer technology projects from planning through completion.
*Role Overview*
This position plays a central role in ensuring projects move forward, technical teams remain aligned, and customers receive consistent communication throughout project execution. The IT Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and driving the successful delivery of customer technology projects across the organization. This role owns the execution of infrastructure, deployment, and modernization projects while coordinating closely with technical leadership, engineering teams, and key customer stakeholders.

* Sales and Customer stakeholders

The ideal candidate is organized, confident in communication, and capable of driving accountability across technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
This is a hands-on project leadership role, not a purely administrative coordination position.

*Key Responsibilities*
*Project Planning and Execution*
* Plan and manage multiple IT infrastructure and technology projects simultaneously.
* Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and task assignments.
* Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within defined scope.
* Identify risks, blockers, or resource conflicts early and coordinate solutions.
* Track progress and ensure project tasks move forward consistently.
*Resource Coordination*
* Work closely with Engineering Services and Provisioning teams to align technical resources with project timelines.
* Coordinate engineers, third-party vendors, and internal teams required for project execution
* Ensure technical teams have clear ownership of project tasks and deadlines.
* Maintain visibility into project resource allocation and scheduling.
*Customer Communication*
* Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project delivery.
* Lead project kickoff meetings and status updates.
* Communicate project milestones, timelines, and risks clearly to customers.
* Ensure expectations remain aligned with project scope and deliverables.
*Project Governance and Reporting*
* Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and status reporting.
* Manage project scope changes and coordinate change order requests when necessary.
* Track estimated vs actual project effort and assist leadership with project performance metrics.
* Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes.

*Technical Awareness*
The Project Manager should have working familiarity with common IT infrastructure concepts including:
* Microsoft 365 environments
* Active Directory / Entra ID
* Networking fundamentals
* Cloud infrastructure platforms (Azure or AWS)
* Endpoint management and security tools
Deep engineering experience is not required, but the ability to understand technical conversations and coordinate technical teams is essential.
*Experience*
* 3+ years of experience managing or coordinating IT or technology projects.
* Experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or IT services environment strongly preferred.
* Experience coordinating engineers, vendors, or technical teams.
* Familiarity with project management tools or service management platforms.
* PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required.
* Experience coordinating infrastructure deployments, cloud migrations, or technology rollouts preferred.
*What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days*
Within your first three months you will:
* Take ownership of assigned active customer projects
* Establish clear timelines and milestones for each project
* Coordinate resource alignment with Engineering and Provisioning teams
* Lead project kickoff meetings and customer status updates
* Identify risks early and ensure project tasks continue moving forward
* Improve project visibility and tracking across the organization

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
