*Position Summary: *Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide transdisciplinary, family-centered services for children (ages 0-3) with developmental delays or disabilities and their families.
*Essential Functions:*
* For children assigned, provide play-based, developmentally appropriate speech therapy, as well as transdisciplinary therapies supported by other specialists such as PT, OT, and educators.
* Develop transdisciplinary skills to enhance treatment of children in the Early Supports and Service program.
* Provide service coordination as needed.
* Responsible for accurate and efficient documentation of services, meeting all compliance requirements.
* Participate in team and staff meetings.
* Keep abreast of discipline-related advances pertaining to children birth to age three via readings, conferences/workshops, and participation in professional forums.
* Regularly incorporate information into day-to-day services and program development activities; share information gained from outside sources with the ESS team via in-services, documentation sharing, and discussion.
* After receiving appropriate training, participate in developmental evaluations utilizing the Hawaii Early Learning Profile
* Create IFSP goals in the areas of hearing, communication, cognition, and social-emotional development; and write reports of evaluations in a timely manner.
* Conduct therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations, including teletherapy services as needed.
*Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an accredited school of Speech and Language Pathology.
* Hold a current New Hampshire State SLP license plus American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) certification.
* Prefer 1-3 years pediatric experience; however, will consider Clinical Fellowship Year.
* Well organized; strong independent work skills.
* Creative training/instruction technique.
* Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of working families.
* Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation and appropriate vehicle insurance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.85 - $33.65 per hour
