We are seeking self-managed individuals who understand urgency in production without sacrificing the quality or customer confidence and complete satisfaction we pride ourselves on.

These positions offers full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits package. We also offer paid training, paid holidays, paid sick leave and paid vacations. Above industry average hourly rates commensurate with skills and experience PLUS hourly incentive bonuses for production. Our shop is busy, safe, clean and fully operational.
RESPONSIBILITIES
\* Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or manufacturer standards
\* Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. to specification
\* Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
\* Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to sales & service management and customers
\* Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
\* Inspect and test new and pre-owned vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be experienced and aware of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver. We have determined some factors that may enable your success:
\* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an automotive technician (automotive mechanic)
\* Prior GM experience preferred
\* Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications preferred
\* Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
\* Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)

Pay: $17.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
