Job Summary We are on the lookout for a passionate Salesforce Solutions Architect ready to make a significant impact on our innovative journey! Key Responsibilities: Design and validate a robust, efficient, and scalable Salesforce architecture for global multi-cloud implementations. Evaluate proposed solutions critically for maintainability, extensibility, and long-term viability. Ensure all architectural decisions align with Salesforce's product roadmap, enterprise architecture principles, and internal standards. Establish configuration standards, design patterns, and guidelines that support functional and technical teams. Review and approve functional designs across various workstreams such as Sales, Service, and CLM. Translate business strategies and requirements into comprehensive Salesforce solutions that enhance user experience and compliance. Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, functional SMEs, and business stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Work with the Integration Lead to develop a resilient integration architecture with systems such as SAP, Agiloft, and Workday. Oversee data flows, API implementations, middleware strategies, and integration patterns. Support data strategy initiatives, including migration, mapping, and cleansing, in close partnership with the Data Lead. Provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery to cutover. Review solution designs for adherence to best practices and security standards. Assist with DevOps alignment, including strategies for environments, release scheduling, and deployment governance. Engage in workshops, design reviews, and architectural decision-making processes. Communicate architectural risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to program leadership and stakeholders. Requirements: Required: A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect. Proven expertise in architecting Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, specifically Sales, Service, and CLM. Demonstrated ability to design secure and sustainable Salesforce architectures in alignment with best practices. Hands-on experience with integration strategies for enterprise systems like SAP and Workday. Experience in data migration, mapping, and cleansing processes. Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively while ensuring architectural governance. Strong understanding of DevOps practices and security frameworks. Salesforce certifications are mandatory, particularly in Sales and Service Cloud, with additional certifications in Marketing or Development considered a plus. Preferred: Experience in industries dealing with complex Salesforce integrations. Familiarity with East Coast working hours to support smooth communication across teams. Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and participating in RFP evaluations. Physical Demands: Ability to perform essential job functions in accordance with federal and state standards. The pay range for this position is $100.00-$105.00 per hour. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location and experience. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as access to a 401k retirement account. Employees may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other time off per applicable law.
