About
We are seeking an experienced Foreman Plumber to lead our plumbing crew on commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will oversee installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems while ensuring quality, safety, and project deadlines are met.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate plumbing crew activities on job sites.
* Plan and execute plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for water, gas, and drainage systems.
* Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
* Train and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices.
* Manage tools, materials, and inventory for projects.
* Communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
* Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot issues.
Qualifications
* Journeyman or master plumber license preferred
* 5+ years of plumbing experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety standards.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient with plumbing tools and equipment.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
