About the Role:

You will be attached to the Product Design Team under the supervision of the Lead Product Designer. Your role will be to:

• With Product Managers, you will design the new features and improvements of the DiliTrust Governance Suite. From problem discovery to the delivery of the solution, you will assist the product team in finding the best solutions to address real problems faced by our clients in the simplest way possible.
• Identify and prioritize user pain points during user research. You will prepare and conduct user interviews to identify and prioritize key problems to solve, breaking down these issues into smaller problems to continuously enhance the value of the DiliTrust suite.
• On a quarterly basis, oversee the design of each solution of your squad, applying UX/UI best practices. You will design efficient user journeys, create low-def and hi-def mockups, and prototype solutions. Your comprehensive understanding of our software suite will allow you to envision solutions applicable to all our modules.
• Design solutions using a Design system and maintain and evolve it.
• During the delivery phase, with Product Managers, you will be the interlocutor of your developer squad and oversee the review of your solutions before release.
• Contribute to building and successfully developing DiliTrust's design system to standardize the user experience across our product suite. Knowledge of mobile design is a plus.
• Measure the effectiveness and impact of your solutions.
• Conduct usability tests and customer interviews to assess the relevance of your solutions with our clients. You will be familiar with data and can establish KPIs for the success of your solutions and measure their impact.

Profile required:

• You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer specializing in UX/UI in a SaaS company.
• You are curious, empathetic, and motivated to bring the best solutions for SaaS to the user.
• You can manage your work time and establish your priorities.
• You are fluent in English.
• If you are fluent in French and Italian, it could be a big added value.
