About
The Systems Analyst will oversee the development and management of application portfolios for each department and will attain all service level agreements for the user community within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities Include:
Plans, coordinates, manages, and designs all operational activities of the IT department; provides direction for IT solutions that enhance mission critical business operations. Reviews the performance of IT systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements. Develops business case justifications and cost/benefit analysis for IT spending and initiatives. Formulates and deploys long-term strategic plans for acquiring and enabling cost effective information processing and communication technologies. Oversees negotiations and administration of vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements. Manages life cycle of IT projects; leads and monitors project performance and ensure project scope, time, and quality standards. Develops and reviews budget for and from IT department divisions; ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and business objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field. • Three years' experience managing IT operations AND two years supervisory experience. • Project Management certificate preferred. • ITIL v3 Foundations certified preferred. • A+ and Microsoft certificates preferred. • Must have a valid Class C Texas Driver's License.
