Temporary Personal Support Worker (License 90)

Located in Lévis, Résidence Les Marronniers offers a friendly and stimulating work environment. We have a dedicated and caring team for independent seniors and those experiencing mild loss of autonomy. We are currently seeking a full-time day shift Personal Support Worker (License 90) for a temporary position ending in mid-May. ** Completed AP/RPA training or DEP in Personal Assistance in Institutions and at Home**

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: 10/14 day shift, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
• Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
• Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
• Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
• Respond to all emergency situations
• While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training
• PDSP training
• AP/RPA or DEP training in personal assistance in establishments and at home
• Law 90
