We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team for a full-time night shift position. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care . As an charge LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their stay, whether it be short term rehab or long term, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide direct resident care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
* Supervise and assist CNA staff for their assigned residents.
* Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
* Conduct triage assessments to prioritize resident needs effectively.
* Utilize electronic health records systems such as Point Click Care for accurate documentation of patient information.
* Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills.
*Experience*
Long term care experience is preferred, but we are willing to work with compassionate and motivated nurses new to long term care or the nursing field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
