An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, covering a portfolio of commercial and high-end residential landlord areas across Central London.
This role involves working as part of a 3-person foot mobile team, responsible for maintaining 14 sites located within Zones 1–3, consisting primarily of corporate offices along with two residential buildings.
The Role:
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance. • Testing and maintenance of emergency lighting systems. • General building services maintenance across electrical systems. • Supporting wider M&E maintenance tasks where required. • Travelling between sites across Zones 1–3 as part of the mobile engineering team.
Package:
• £38,000 – £40,000 basic salary • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays • Pension scheme • Sick pay • Life insurance • Travel between Zones 1–3 expensed monthly • Significant overtime opportunities (minimum two weekends per month available) • Ongoing training and progression within a global facilities management company
