About
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform various nursing procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy
- Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Assist in the evaluation of patient responses to treatments and medications
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients
Requirements:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of [Location]
- Knowledge of dialysis procedures and acute pain management techniques
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding systems and medical terminology
- Proficiency in performing spinal taps and sterile processing procedures
