Are you a proven leader with experience in warehouse operations? We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our facility in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of logistics and inventory management. You will implement and enforce Safety protocols, optimize workflow, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team leadership and a commitment to maintaining a productive and safe work environment. You will manage scheduling, performance, and training for your team, ensuring operational excellence. This position involves overseeing tasks that may include significant Lifting and requires a strong focus on PPE usage and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Implement and enforce all Safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments and external logistics partners.
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle employee scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure team members correctly use PPE and follow all Lifting guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Commitment to Safety and a thorough understanding of OSHA regulations.
- Ability to manage tasks involving significant Lifting and physical demands.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
