About
We are looking for a certified and experienced Forklift Operator to join our St. Louis, Missouri warehouse team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your duties will include loading and unloading trucks, moving materials within the warehouse, and ensuring accurate placement of inventory. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, free from hazards, is paramount. You will work closely with warehouse supervisors and other team members to coordinate material movement and support overall logistics operations. The ideal candidate will possess a valid forklift certification and a proven track record of safe operation. A strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and adherence to all company policies is mandatory. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to perform regular inspections of your forklift equipment. This role requires attention to detail, excellent spatial awareness, and the ability to follow instructions precisely. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times. While operating the forklift, the ability to lift and maneuver materials up to 50 pounds may occasionally be necessary when not operating machinery.
