We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team in Madison, Wisconsin. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. This role is essential to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their products promptly and in excellent condition. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment, and all associates are required to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Package products securely and efficiently, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and some lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace safety and understanding of basic logistics principles.
