Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or scanner output.
- Package items securely and appropriately for safe transit.
- Verify that picked items match the order and check for any damages.
- Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Achieve daily productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory tasks, such as cycle counting.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to warehouse management.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Familiarity with warehouse environments is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work area and utilizing PPE correctly.
