Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, optimizing workflow, and maintaining inventory integrity within our logistics facility. We expect a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering a productive team environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of warehouse best practices, including adherence to safety protocols and proper use of PPE. Significant lifting and physical demands are part of the daily workflow.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
  • Plan and assign daily tasks to team members.
  • Ensure efficient receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
  • Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
  • Implement and enforce safety regulations and ensure the use of proper PPE.
  • Manage equipment maintenance and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
  • Resolve operational issues and conflicts.
  • Contribute to the development of logistics strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse management procedures and best practices in logistics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage physically demanding tasks.
  • Knowledge of inventory control techniques.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to safety and the use of PPE.
  • High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field is a plus.
