Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Orlando, Florida! We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center. This role is crucial for ensuring timely processing and movement of goods within our facility. You will be involved in a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse running smoothly, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and report any discrepancies.
- Safely unload and load trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Organize and stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required or provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to Safety and operational efficiency.
- Utilize technology and scanning equipment to track inventory movements.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Adhere to all PPE requirements and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or Logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, stooping, and frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
