Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack items carefully and securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Label packages appropriately for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safety**-conscious work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Operate hand trucks or pallet jacks as needed.
- Perform **lifting** and carrying of packages throughout the shift.
- Follow all **PPE** guidelines and **safety** procedures.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our **logistics** operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking and packing or a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform **lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse **safety** standards and the use of **PPE**.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with **logistics** processes is a plus.
