Job Summary:
Miami, Florida has an opening for an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our logistics team. This vital role ensures the accuracy and integrity of our inventory through meticulous record-keeping, regular audits, and proactive problem-solving. You will be responsible for managing stock levels, investigating discrepancies, and implementing procedures to minimize loss and errors. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management systems. We are committed to maintaining a safe workplace and expect all employees to follow Safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor stock levels and identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
  • Implement and improve inventory control procedures.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
  • Track incoming and outgoing inventory movements.
  • Assist with receiving and shipping processes as needed.
  • Adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
  • Analyze inventory data and provide reports to management.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or in a similar inventory management role.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Commitment to Safety and proper use of PPE.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
