Job Summary:
Become a vital part of our warehouse team in Madison, Wisconsin, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for reliable and energetic individuals to support our daily operations. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient movement and management of goods within our facility, playing a key role in our overall logistics chain. Your duties will encompass a range of activities, including receiving and stocking inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A clean and safe working environment is paramount, and you will be expected to follow all company safety protocols diligently. This includes the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and footwear. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform regular lifting of items up to 50 pounds, as well as standing and walking for extended periods. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick items from shelves to fulfill orders.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments and stage them for pickup.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as required.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Assist with inventory counts and verification.
  • Perform lifting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse or distribution experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE regulations.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
