Join our expanding logistics network in Phoenix, Arizona, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for reliable and energetic individuals to support our busy distribution center. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of essential warehouse functions, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing customer orders, loading and unloading trucks, and contributing to the overall organization and cleanliness of the facility. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. You will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring that goods move efficiently through our supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements and shipping orders.
- Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles and into warehouse storage.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory on shelves and in designated areas.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.
- Prepare orders for shipment and stage them appropriately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new procedures.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment in logistics operations.
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems is beneficial.
