Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming goods.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participate in team efforts and assist coworkers as needed.
- Perform tasks involving Lifting of boxes and materials, following proper techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Understanding of basic Logistics principles is beneficial.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
