Your role will be crucial in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and supply chain integrity. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory with precision.
- Sort and store materials in designated warehouse locations, optimizing space utilization.
- Accurately pick and stage items for customer orders.
- Pack goods securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including work areas and aisles.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and improve logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor role is advantageous.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Capacity for lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of and commitment to warehouse safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory control principles.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new warehouse tasks and technologies.
