We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Houston, Texas facility. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient handling of goods, contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics network. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
  • Inspect and log all incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Pick and fill orders from stock with speed and accuracy.
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Manage inventory levels through accurate record-keeping and regular stock checks.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and proficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety standards.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to PPE usage.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  • Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations of the facility.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
