Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanners based on customer orders.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Stage picked items in designated areas for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all warehouse Safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipment.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders to supervisors.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support overall logistics efficiency.
- Contribute to meeting daily picking targets.
- Ensure proper handling of all goods to prevent damage.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking, and moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and item numbers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Team player mentality.
