About
We are looking for an Order Picker to join our team at our distribution facility in Denver, Colorado. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products to fulfill customer orders, ensuring timely and correct shipments. This position demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment within our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets
- Utilize RF scanning devices to locate products and confirm picks
- Ensure correct item and quantity are selected to maintain order accuracy
- Stage picked items for packing and subsequent shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keeping aisles clear and products tidy
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and company policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Meet daily picking quotas and performance expectations
- Report any stock issues, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order processing and smooth logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods, and performing occasional Lifting of up to 40 pounds
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work at a brisk pace in a fast-moving environment
- Knowledge of basic warehouse safety practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
