We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. You will be a critical part of our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth material flow and inventory accuracy. Your primary duties will include loading and unloading trucks, picking and placing products in designated areas, and conducting pre-operation inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in good working order. Adherence to all safety regulations and company policies is paramount. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating various types of forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse setting. We value efficiency, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with inventory management systems is a plus. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other warehouse staff and management to achieve team goals. Your ability to handle strenuous tasks, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, will be essential. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to move materials and products within the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and trailers.
- Perform daily pre-operation checks on forklifts and report any issues.
- Pick and stage orders accurately and efficiently.

- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and record keeping.

Requirements:
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
