Job Summary:
Join our thriving logistics operations as a Warehouse Associate in San Antonio, Texas. This role involves a variety of crucial warehouse duties, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and staging orders for delivery, and managing inventory. You will be a key player in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our distribution center. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Accurately pick and pack items for outgoing orders using RF scanners.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
  • Store products in designated areas, ensuring proper stock rotation.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) consistently.
  • Proficiency in operating various warehouse equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
