Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory using a handheld scanner or pick list.
- Pack items carefully and securely, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before sealing and preparing packages for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Utilize appropriate PPE when handling specific items or working in designated areas.
- Handle potential lifting requirements of up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to overall logistics efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability for lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a warehouse environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
