We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic team in Washington, D.C. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory data. This involves conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. You will work closely with warehouse operations, procurement, and sales teams to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations. Your efforts will directly contribute to the efficiency and profitability of our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management principles and a keen eye for detail. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable. We are committed to a safe working environment and require all employees to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
