Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product protection.
- Stage orders for outbound **logistics** and shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and **PPE** requirements.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving of inventory items.
- Participate in **safety** training and initiatives.
- Contribute to team goals and meet performance standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent **Lifting** of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of **logistics** and order fulfillment processes.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and **PPE** compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
