Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verify quantities, and stock inventory.
- Accurately pick items from shelves according to order slips or electronic devices.
- Pack products carefully, ensuring they are ready for safe transit.
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, labeling and staging as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with logistics standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Handle tasks requiring consistent lifting and movement of goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Demonstrated understanding of workplace safety, including the importance of PPE.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for long durations.
- Familiarity with basic logistics principles is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to quality.
