Join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina as a Warehouse Coordinator! This role requires an organized and experienced individual to oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of our Logistics . You will be responsible for coordinating the activities of warehouse staff, managing inventory levels, overseeing shipping and receiving processes, and ensuring compliance with all Safety regulations. Key responsibilities include scheduling deliveries, managing warehouse layout for optimal workflow, and conducting regular inventory audits. You will also be responsible for training new staff on warehouse procedures and safety protocols. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be comfortable with tasks involving moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and ensure that all team members adhere to the correct use of PPE . Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and a thorough understanding of supply chain best practices are essential.
