Join our vibrant warehouse operations in Boise, Idaho as an Order Picker! We are seeking motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists. Your role is central to our Logistics operations, ensuring that products are accurately selected and prepared for shipment, directly impacting customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent attention to detail, and maintain a strong focus on Safety. Compliance with all Safety regulations and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. This position requires significant walking and the ability to perform regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately retrieving specified items from warehouse locations according to order tickets.
- Scanning items and updating inventory records.
- Verifying product accuracy and condition before packing.
- Transporting picked orders to designated packing or staging areas.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Strict adherence to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wearing and utilizing all required PPE correctly.
- Following all Lifting procedures and guidelines to prevent injuries.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our Logistics processes.
- Performing other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
