Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order documentation.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order details and item counts before packing.
- Utilize RF scanners for efficient inventory tracking and order processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station and work area.
- Strictly adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure correct and consistent use of PPE.
- Support other warehouse operations as needed within the logistics framework.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets for picking and packing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive movements.
- Capacity to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety and logistics principles.
- Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
- Reliability and a positive work attitude.
