Your Role The Application Services team plays a critical role in enhancing customer and technical collaboration while delivering all application development through a Platform and Technology Product Operation Model. The DevOps Analyst, Senior, will report to the Senior Manager, Product Line Manager. In this role you will be the comprehensive subject matter expert in the technology products/platform feature space and apply, learn, and extend your skills beyond formal role boundaries. Having a desire to help achieve transformational healthcare improvement should serve as the inspiration behind the ideal candidate's willingness to participate across many different activities within an agile working model. Your Knowledge and Experience Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience Requires at least 5 years of directly related professional experience and deep technical abilities in one or more primary products, programs, or technologies Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and technical counterparts Demonstrated experience in collaborating with development and operations teams to streamline the product delivery lifecycle Experience documenting agile workflows and processes Expertise in Facets-based integration, along with experience in cloud-based integrations Solid technical foundation, including adherence to architectural design, development standards, security policies, and sustainable design practices Hybrid This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
