We are at the forefront of leveraging Artificial Intelligence, particularly in the realm of autonomous systems. As part of our AI engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and deploying advanced AI agents that seamlessly integrate with business operations, transforming data into actionable insights and measurable outcomes. You will collaborate with a talented team of AI researchers, engineers, and data scientists, tackling challenging problems in AI and enterprise software - including scalable multi-agent coordination, fine-tuned LLM applications, real-time monitoring, and closed-loop retraining systems. You will report to a supportive Sr. Manager, Software Engineering who will encourage your growth and amplify your impact. What You Bring Experience with modern data platforms such as Teradata, Snowflake, and Databricks.
A passion for staying updated on AI research, particularly in reasoning, planning, and autonomous systems.
You are an exceptional full-stack engineer with end-to-end system ownership.
Ability to create intuitive user interfaces with natural language capabilities (e.g., chatbots, AI assistants) that allow users to interact effortlessly with the data platform.
Strong engineering expertise, particularly in Python, Java, or Golang, along with experience in API integration and backend frameworks.
Solid knowledge of system design and distributed systems.
Commitment to reliability and observability, ensuring AI systems behave as expected.
Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Familiarity with LLMs, agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, ReAct, etc.), and orchestration tools.
Experience with AI observability tools and practices (logging, monitoring, tracing, and metrics for AI agents or ML models).
Understanding of model performance monitoring, drift detection, and responsible AI principles.
Your Academic Background A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is essential.
A genuine enthusiasm for AI and large language models (LLMs) is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in UI/UX development with JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, Angular) and CSS libraries (Bootstrap, Material-UI).
Ability to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems integrating with the data platform.
3+ years of experience in software architecture, backend systems, or AI infrastructure is desirable.
Strong knowledge of LLMs, reinforcement learning, or cognitive architectures is a plus.
Commitment to building safe, human-aligned autonomous systems.
Experience in software development, particularly in Python, Go, or Java.
Familiarity with backend service development, APIs, and distributed systems.
Interest or experience in LLMs, autonomous agents, or AI tooling.
Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience building dashboards and metrics pipelines tracking key AI system indicators: latency, accuracy, and more.
Ability to integrate observability tools (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana) with LLM workflows and agent systems.
Bonus: Contributions to open-source agent frameworks or research experience.
Knowledge of open-source tools and the ability to leverage them for innovative solutions.
