We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients for the role of
ServiceMax / Salesforce Developer
Key Skills Required:
Strong experience in ServiceMax development, maintenance, and enhancements Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) Experience with ServiceMax data model and objects such as Installed Products, Work Orders, etc. Good understanding of Salesforce configurations, object model, roles, profiles, and permission sets Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Case Management, and Entitlements Knowledge of Salesforce reporting and data management tools (Data Loader, dataloader.io, Jitterbit) Experience with release management tools such as Change Sets, ServiceMax Migration Tool, and Workbench Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Experience working in Agile development environments Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience integrating ServiceMax with other enterprise applications Knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL) or Asset360 Experience with integration tools Exposure to QA automation tools such as Selenium or Webdriver.io Experience Required:
Minimum 3+ years of ServiceMax experience 4+ years of Salesforce development experience Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
