Responsibilities:
The QC Lab Automation Project Manager will be responsible for: Leading the end-to-end management of the QC Lab Automation initiative. Developing and maintaining a cross-functional work plan and timelines. Managing dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies. Establishing program governance and coordinating stakeholder communications. Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure the alignment of business and technical solutions. Managing the program budget and resource planning. Creating and maintaining project documentation. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Providing regular updates to executive leadership about program achievements and risks. Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in program/project management. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience with GLP and CSV implementations. Proficiency in IT systems and software integration. Strong organizational skills. Effective communication and leadership skills. bility to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. Problem-solving aptitude. ttention to detail. Desired Skills:
15+ years of experience in a similar role. Master's degree in a related field. Certification in project management (PMP, etc.). Expertise in laboratory automation technologies. Strong interpersonal skills.
