Project Manager Construction

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager  to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Duties:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred, but not required
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, schematics, and project scheduling
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
